In Conjunction With Meetings
Interested in hosting an event alongside the NEALS Annual Meeting? Organizations can apply to hold in conjunction with (ICW) events during approved dates. All events require NEALS approval before promotion or booking.

Who Can Host and When?
ICW events are organized by external groups and must align with NEALS guidelines.
Approved Dates:

Session 1: October 4–6, 2025

Session 2: October 10 (2:00pm ET) – October 12, 2025
Events must not conflict with NEALS programming
What’s Allowed & What’s Not?

Board & Committee meetings

Investigator & Advisory meetings

Social Gatherings
❌ Not Allowed:
-
Events resembling existing NEALS programs

Scientific/Educational Programs
-
CME Programs & Satellite Symposia

Product Sales Presentations
⚠ Events over 50 attendees require special approval.
ICW Event Logistics
Audiovisual Services: Must be booked through the hotel team.
Promotion Rules:
-
No use of the NEALS name or logo without NEALS permission.

Signage only permitted one hour before the event.
-
No signs in hotel lobbies or public areas.
How to Submit an ICW Event
Step 1: Complete the ICW Event Form. (Submit Here)
Step 2: Pay the administrative fee (credit card required).
Step 3: Await NEALS approval before finalizing event details.
