HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Housing for the 2025 Annual Meeting in Clearwater, FL will open Spring 2025. For the best rates, book within the NEALS hotel room blocks ASAP. Hotels closest to the meeting venue fill fast, so book soon to secure the best rooms and rates.

All hotels are within walking distance (less than one mile) of the Conference Hotel (Opal Sol).
HOTELS WITH NEALS ROOM BLOCKS
Please book your hotel room at the Opal Sol Resort ASAP. This is where the main meeting sessions will be held, and we’ve secured a full buyout of the property.
Once Opal Sol is fully booked, additional accommodations will be available in our overflow room block at the Opal Sands Resort, connected to Opal Sol by a skywalk.

Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date or failure to abide by the stated cancellation policy may result in the loss of your entire reservation. In addition, you may be subject to a cancellation penalty, no-show penalty, or loss of your room deposit.
The guest acknowledges that after the cancellation deadline, NEALS shall have no obligation to recover or seek recovery of any deposit monies on the guest's behalf.
