Housing for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Clearwater, FL will open Spring 2026. For the best rates, book within the NEALS hotel room blocks ASAP. Hotels closest to the meeting venue fill fast, so book soon to secure the best rooms and rates.

There are two separate booking links, one for Opal Sol and one for Opal Sands. The Opal Sol booking link is currently incorrectly showing Opal Sands as sold out; we are working with the hotel to resolve this.

Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date or failure to abide by the stated cancellation policy may result in the loss of your entire reservation. In addition, you may be subject to a cancellation penalty, no-show penalty, or loss of your room deposit.
The guest acknowledges that after the cancellation deadline, NEALS shall have no obligation to recover or seek recovery of any deposit monies on the guest's behalf.
